2010 is about over but not for the wild horses still facing un-warrented, and vicious round ups on numerous HMA's across the 10 Western States.
At this point in the situation, one can get educated from various advocate sites or the WindDancer Foundation website. Make an informed statement to be heard in the halls of DC.
It will now take a ground swell of people across this great country that care to make your voices heard to those statesman especially in the appropriation departments on both side of the isles. Your calls, fax, e-mail are all effective but one needs to know the issues before both speaking or writing. Great layout and The consecutive information gives a good insight into the legislative aspects of the cause.
Now with my own insight from several legal opinions, I feel we will only prevail with a legislation change in the Wild Horse and Burro Act. Maybe the ROAM language wasn't what we wanted for the Act to be reset to 1971, but it was a first crack at some kind of revision.
